This work illustrates a holiday scene on a nice summer day. I was inspired by memories from a visit long ago in Brittany (France). The use of different textures and the relative simplicity of the drawings push the viewer’s imagination and encourage them to explore their own memories, perhaps of a similar scene, landscape, or moment, and to imagine what happens next...
